Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative with a background in science and 1-2 years of sales experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Promote and detail Mikchema Pharma’s products
- Achieve sales targets and drive product adoption
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and territory management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
